WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns are available for smaller auxiliary items for 14 days after the product reaches your doorstep.
  • For bigger products (which we don’t have at the moment so ignore this) there is a 1 month window to appeal for a return.
  • Returns will have a 20% restocking which SSMODS will provide through a custom invoice. The customer will cover shipping aswell.
  • Deductions will apply to your final refund if there is missing hardware or inspection reveals use.



Warranty:

  • SSMODS auxiliary modifications product are covered for 2 months.
  • (Ignore) Bigger items are covered for 4 months
  • Warranty covers defects that are caused by SSMODS (e.g. faulty wiring of a light)
  • Warranty does not cover damage from installation, use, or normal wear/degradation.
  • Item will be sent to us first which the customer will cover shipping cost initially.
  • If claim is valid after inspection, the customer will be compensated with a replacement and shipping cost back will be covered by us.
